🎄 Christmas Magic in Parthenonas, Sithonia

The historic mountain village of Parthenonas is set to host one of the most atmospheric winter events in Halkidiki! For five consecutive days, the stone-built village overlooking the Toroneos Gulf transforms into a warm, welcoming Christmas village featuring culture, music, and festive activities for all ages.

The event runs from Wednesday, December 24 to Sunday, December 28, 2025.

🌟 Program Highlights: A Day-by-Day Guide

The village opens daily at 14:00 (2:00 PM). Here are the key attractions for each day:

Day 1: Official Opening (Wednesday, December 24 — Christmas Eve)
The main ceremony begins at 17:30 (5:30 PM). Highlights include the official tree-lighting ceremony, traditional carols, and evening entertainment featuring the well-known Tsepebrothers.

Day 2: Christmas Day (Thursday, December 25)
Activities start at 16:00 (4:00 PM) with an engaging Treasure Hunt. The evening culminates in a lively concert starting at 18:45 (6:45 PM) by the popular band EKMEK.

Day 3 (Friday, December 26)
The day features family entertainment, including a storytelling session at 16:00, followed by a comedy and acrobatics show at 17:30. The evening concludes with a dance and music party at 18:45 (6:45 PM) featuring Trio Mousikanti.

Day 4 (Saturday, December 27)
This dynamic day includes a Hot-air balloon experience starting at 15:00. Enjoy live music and traditional dances, with a performance by Orchestra Krinis, followed by a vibrant late-evening DJ set by DJ The Rook at 19:30 (7:30 PM).

Day 5: Grand Finale (Sunday, December 28)
The final day also features the Hot-air balloon experience (15:00). A Grand Raffle is held at 18:00, offering a brand-new scooter as the top prize. The celebrations conclude with a massive live performance at 19:00 (7:00 PM) by Nikos Zoïdakis (Cretan lyra and song).
