Summer is slowly shifting into its softer rhythm. The beaches are still beautiful, the sea is warm like a bath, and the village feels more authentic – when the locals reclaim their favourite spots and the evenings once again smell of grilled fish and jasmine.

It’s harvest time for honey, olives, and figs – three of Halkidiki’s treasures. The small family-run shops in the old village offer unique flavours you won’t find anywhere else.
